Clubs Exec Resources Video Camera There is a video camera located in the PE Office. This camera was bought in Jan ’08. It is available for use by all clubs under certain restrictions as outlined in the UCC Clubs Policy Book. Jeep The Clubs Executive has full ownership of the Clubs Executive Jeep. It is available for use by all clubs under certain restrictions as outlined in the UCC Clubs Policy Book Phone There is a phone available in the PE Office for club use only. This is a free service for Clubs Photocopier A photocopier is available in the PE Office for club use. This is a free service for Clubs. Computers There are computers located in the PE Office for the use of Club members. The password can be gotten from the PE Office.

Club Promotion In the last few years the tricks and tools of marketing have effected the PR of UCC's Clubs. Many clubs have created a consistent 'image' of their club which consisted of standardised posters, flyer's, websites, clothes. As UCC Club you are funded mostly by the student body - as such you have a responsibility to promote yourself to students. The University also contributes to sport in the expectation that it will increase the standing and profile of the University. Its important to make a good impression - not everyone will want to play but getting fans and supports to come along to watch you compete makes promotion worth it all the same!
