Hi everyone,

My name is Ciarán O’Brien. I’m 27 and going into my second year of Business Information Systems. I was fortunate enough to get elected to the position of Business and Law Rep for a second year running and I look forward to meeting many of you as the college year begins. I am very easy going and quite approachable so feel free to get in contact with me and I will help as best as I can. I also would like to build closer ties between the courses in the college of business and law over the next year.

My main role this year is to represent the students of this College and its disciplines to both the Students' Union and the University, to express concerns or issues that they may have and to try and resolve these problems to the best of my ability. I am the link between the Student Union' Sabbatical Officers and you the students.

The Students' Union is here to make sure that student’s get the best out of their university experience be it academic, social or personal. As your representative I am here to ensure that your time in UCC is as easy and hassle free as it can be. I was elected by you and I am here to work for you so
