Are you feeling low in mood?

Lose the Blues website has been specifically designed for 18-24 year old UCC students who may be experiencing low mood.

The website offers info on depression, links to support services and a forum where you can share your experiences and seek support from others who may be experiencing similar difficulties.

The website can be found at www.losetheblues.ie
Links can also be found on the student counselling and school of nursing and midwifery web pages

The website is being evaluated as part of a research study being undertaken in the School of Nursing and Midwifery. Participation in the study will involve completing a questionnaire about your mood and providing some background information. This information will be kept confidential. Full information about what the study is about is available on the website.
